Please call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will create a special booking for the corporate event.
The only way to secure having the room to yourself is to book the entire room. Otherwise if the room is not fully booked then another group may be joining you which is part of the run of an escape room.
If you cancel your reservation we will not be able to process a refund however if you call the office 24 hour prior to your booking we will attempt to reschedule you for another time.
The game is designed to be completed in 60 minutes by concentration and solving the puzzles. You do not need any special talent other than using your brain and acting fast. This, however, does not necessarily mean that everybody can finish the game!
NO. While some escape rooms lock you in the room, our adventures are mission based. This means to escape the room you must accomplish a series of goals and tasks before time runs out, because we believe this is the safest way to meet your adventure needs.
No, however, at least one responsible adult must participate in each group.

Really wonderful !! So much fun!! I did 2 of them in two weeks. The game masters are great at their job. They really watch us and help us. It is an experience that you must do. I came from Chicago and had never done one in the past and now I am hooked :-). They have intelligent escapes so you learn something at the same time you are having fun.. I highly recommend Prison Games to everyone!! Great family fun.
Awesome Experience ! Friendly customer service and went with family and had fun. Adventurous escape room game , felt like I was really in movie theme environment.
My girlfriend and I went and got matched up with 6 other people. We clicked immediately. Made my night great! Really clever rooms and the costumer service was super friendly and welcoming. Most definitely coming back to try more rooms and bringing my family and friends.
We had a great time at the Royal Heist Escape room. We brought several of our twin granddaughters' friends there for their birthday party and we ALL had a blast. It was very challenging but a wonderful experience we will remember and want to repeat! I have been to two other escape rooms and this one was the most creative because it lead us in and out of multiple rooms. I would highly recommend it.
This was by far the funnest thing I have ever done, EVER! I scheduled this for a birthday party and the whole group had a fantastic time. The staff was super nice and understanding of our being a minute or two late. (We accidentally went to the wrong location first) But once we got in the room, she explained the rules to us and we were off. We got hints along the way, but we made it out with 3 minutes to spare. It was fantastic! If you are on the fence about doing this, DO IT!! I've never had so much fun trying to figure anything out before. I will definitely be doing more rooms EscapeXperience offers.
Went here for the first time yesterday, not really knowing what to expect. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 6 and did the Prison Game. It was such a well conceived room with creative puzzles and clues. Our whole group was impressed and had a blast. We're already taking about when we can book the next room. We will definitely be going back and escaping from them all! The staff was friendly and informative. The lobby was clean, bright and inviting. Abby was our game master and she did an awesome job! Made all of our nights for sure, can't recommend trying it enough!!
A friend from Alaska was in town and he wanted to do an escape room, so we did Royal Heist. It was amazing! Because of the timing, we ended up going at night. I recommend that! We didn't finish, but got to the last puzzle. Since it was just the two of us, I'm extremely happy with that. I highly recommend it! I wish I could do it again, but I don't want to ruin it for anyone.I will try some other Game they offer. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is fun! Until you get to your room, where the atmosphere is appropriate for the room you are in. Wonderful experiences with the three rooms I've "escaped."
